At The Ase' Exchange INC., we’re dedicated to enhancing the lives of residents in Cumberland County and Fort Bragg with our wide range of enriching activities and programs. Our programs have been designed to be socially and educationally engaging for community members of all ages. We are a community based non- profit organization aimed:
• To empower people to meet their needs and goals to achieve more stable futures
• To help build strong and healthy foundations for families
• To provide emergency and wrap around care services for families
• To collaborate with community partners, to reach underserved populations with services and support
• To improve overall community health, education and food security

THRIVE Program
​
​The case management approach of the THRIVE program, which stands for Transforming Hope, Resilience, Innovation, Vitality, and Empowerment, includes personalized assistance where each participant is assigned a case manager for tailored support. It also includes individualized plans to meet specific needs and goals, continuous monitoring with regular progress assessments to ensure participants stay on track, and resource coordination where case managers facilitate and provide assistance, funding, resources, and services. This comprehensive support system helps participants build a more secure and stable future
